If his face were a bit more plainer less annoying in others eyes (players considered more manly looking or considered not good looking non chiseled are respected more), he’d be better treated ppl less annoyed of his European vanity with looks. Also, his ego and passion necessary for self belief to be the best in one’s mind is necessary for any player whether overtly shown or introvertly done all players have that they are professional and on tv but Ronaldo’s calibre of perceived selfishness ego is really just competitive nature as well coupled in there. Messi has it too but he does t show it as much he does do so time to time but he’s naturally bit more soft spoken (until winning WC), and other players owners like that.

    Doesnt matter of bias or double standards shown between players if u don’t like a player u can’t let that blind u of all they have done in the sport from young years evolving until now being so consistent in their roles and more skilled than 23 years olds.
